01 Client Data Protection & Privacy
We respect the confidentiality of every business, company, and individual who partners with STANY NEXUS. Any operational information, database credentials, client customer records, or internal business metrics shared with us are treated with strict commercial secrecy.
- No customer or business data is sold, leased, or distributed to third parties.
- Production database keys, API secrets, and server passwords are encrypted and isolated during deployment.
- Upon project completion, all temporary test data and confidential files are permanently purged upon request.
02 WhatsApp Bot & Messaging Compliance
For WhatsApp bot deployments, webhook automations, and messaging platforms:
- Bots deployed through our platform operate in compliance with standard messaging policies. We do not support unlawful spam or unauthorized scraping.
- End-user numbers and private messages handled through automated customer service bots belong exclusively to the client business.
- Webhook callbacks and session stores are secured with token validation to prevent unauthorized access.
03 Source Code & System Ownership
Upon final project delivery and fulfillment of agreed milestones:
- The client receives full access to their deployed application, database, and system administrative consoles.
- System architecture is built with clean, modern standards (Node.js, Express, MongoDB, APIs) so clients can scale or transfer hosting anytime without vendor lock-in.
- Custom algorithms, proprietary business logic, and bespoke design assets created for the client remain the client's commercial property.
04 Project Timelines & Testing Milestones
Development proceeds through structured phases: requirements analysis, prototype architecture, development, integration testing, and production deployment.
- Standard systems take approximately 1–3 weeks depending on complexity, third-party API verification, revisions, and testing.
- Clients are provided with staging previews for review before final live release.
- Clear written agreements outline the project deliverables, payment stages, and scope.
05 Ongoing Maintenance, Updates & Bug Fixes
We stand behind the software we engineer:
- Every project includes a post-launch warranty period for resolving any unforeseen functional bugs or API synchronization issues.
- Continuous maintenance contracts are available for server monitoring, database backups, security patches, and version upgrades.
